David Blowers, Jr.
AT A GLANCE
As Chief Transformation Officer, David leads Kroll’s firmwide transformation agenda, translating strategy into execution to drive growth, improve performance and build long-term value. His CTO role is a natural evolution from shaping Kroll’s strategic direction to executing it across the firm. He brings a deep knowledge of Kroll’s clients, operation, people and culture as well as previous corporate transformation experience to the position.
Before being appointed Kroll’s CTO, David served in a series of senior strategy and business leadership roles. Most recently, David was responsible for Kroll’s strategic direction, M&A, corporate development activity and innovative growth opportunities across the entire Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory portfolio. Prior to that, David was Co-President, Financial Advisory; he led the valuation and deal advisory businesses, leveraging his investment banking and management consulting experience. Previously, David served as Managing Director of Kroll’s Corporate Finance practice, where he drove group operations, growth strategy, as well as design and execution of strategic plans across service lines.
Prior to Kroll, David executed strategy, organization design and digital transformation projects, driving large-scale change in business operations, as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). David built functional expertise in growth strategy, transformation, corporate finance and operations, advising leadership teams on how to build top-line growth while effectively managing change. He began his career in investment banking at Duff and Phelps.
A current member of Steppenwolf Theatre’s Board of Trustees, David supports the development and production of world-class art and community impact in the city of Chicago. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in managerial leadership and finance.
