• Case Filing: Executing first-day noticing by providing necessary case information to the public and affected parties through the customized case-specific website and arranging for service of required notices.
• Call Center and Communications Support: Developing a bespoke strategic communications plan. Prime Clerk team members provide 24/7 call center, live chat and email support to properly assist parties in interest with questions about a case. Our capabilities are global, scalable and multi-lingual.
• Creditor Notifications: Corporate restructurings can involve millions of individuals and entities – customers, vendors, employees, retirees, shareholders, and others – who must receive key filings and notice of important deadlines in a case such as notice of the deadline to file a claim. Our noticing capabilities not only disseminate key deliverables but also stand up to any scrutiny from the court as serving the best interests of all parties.

• Claims Administration and Case Management: Reviewing and processing all incoming claims to create and maintain the official register of all filed claims. Our proprietary system enables us to maintain an auditable trail that accounts for every claim, including any amendment, objection or other interaction between debtors and creditors. Our system also produces customized reports while utilizing data analytics to better understand case trends. Creditors can take advantage of our first-of-its kind electronic claims filing platform.
• Plan Solicitation and Vote Tabulation: Assisting clients and their advisors in implementing a restructuring plan where creditors vote using a personalized ballot prepared by our team, including through our proprietary electronic ballot platform. Processing and tabulating the returned ballots to prepare a voting certification that sets forth the results of each voting class. 
• Claim Reconciliation: Utilizing our proprietary system to efficiently analyze claims to provide clients with an accurate picture of the amount and nature of their liabilities. We also work with our clients and their advisors to prepare, serve and process both substantive and procedural claim objections.
• Plan Distributions: Preparing for and distributing cash, securities or other consideration on behalf of our clients. Facilitate issuance of required tax documentation such as 1099s.
