Evžen Körner

Throughout his career, Evžen has served clients across numerous sectors, including aerospace, automotive, biotechnology, chemicals and petrochemicals, technology, communications, semiconductors, power and utilities, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, real estate, transportation and logistics, and consumer products. He has prepared valuations for mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, financial reporting, tax matters, restructuring, litigation support, insurance and risk management, financing transactions, lease structuring and due diligence engagements.

Evžen has led valuation and consulting assignments on every continent and has provided appraisal services in more than 50 countries. His experience spans a wide range of transaction, reporting and strategic scenarios, enabling clients to address complex business, accounting and regulatory requirements.

A respected thought leader in the valuation profession, Evžen is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars. He is also co-author of the Plant and Equipment chapter of the IFRS Fair Value Guide: The IACVA International Valuation Handbook (Wiley, 2010).

Evžen received a Master of Science in Technology from the Czech Technical University in Prague and an MBA in Technology Management from the Open University Business School in the United Kingdom.

He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers and currently serves as Vice President of the European Chapter. He has previously served on the Machinery & Technical Specialties Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee.

Evžen speaks Czech (native), Slovak (bilingual), English and German and has working proficiency in Russian, Polish, Ukrainian and Dutch.
