A dynamic and competitive supplier network strengthens our value chain, supporting both daily operations and our ability to deliver exceptional results to our clients.

Our responsible sourcing program operates through a cross-functional team representing Commercial Operations, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Environmental and Communications.

We are dedicated to providing fair access to opportunities for all capable suppliers. We believe that working with a wide network of suppliers helps advance economic growth and development in the communities we collectively serve.

Sustainability

Kroll Cares

Our Kroll Cares program supports philanthropic efforts across Kroll and is a promise to make a positive and ongoing impact as an organization. Kroll Cares is a critical part of our ethos and a cornerstone of who we are. Our people share their time, talent and resources in support of the communities where we live and work.

From our month-long initiative where offices around the world volunteer together, to supporting mission-driven causes, to pro bono work—our people consistently come together as One Team, One Kroll to support worthy causes that align with our values.

Each September, Kroll colleagues unite for Kroll Cares Month—a dedicated initiative focused on making a lasting impact across the globe. In 2024, more than 60 Kroll offices partnered with over 100 organizations globally for hands-on volunteering events and fundraising opportunities.

Our Commitment to Employee Excellence

Each year, Kroll provides mandatory training on information security, privacy and global anti-bribery best practices, as well as our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics for our entire global workforce. These trainings include modules on:
